Pink Cat Studios Graduate Billy

Some people work on building their stash of Christmas cards throughout the year, but I seem to do that for Graduation cards. I always need a handful and they are big sellers at the office come May. If I don’t spread out the graduate love, I get a bit burnt out with caps and gowns in the spring.

Graduation Prayers for Sarah

This card was created for a super talented and beautiful young woman for her high school graduation. I wasn't able to travel for the big event, but she was lifted in prayer and I look forward to a fun get together this summer with the cousins.

Another graduation card to share today. I was completely out of my stash this year and am making some extras so I'm prepared the next time the season comes around. You can take that as I'm planning ahead or just too lazy to put the graduation supplies away yet. :o)

Grad Owls Whoop it Up

This card

I picked up on the amazing colors in the movie poster and kept with the summer/end of school theme by choosing a graduation image. I’m pretty sure most kids would say a summer out of school is ‘not so terrible’.

Birthday Ladybug Tower

This is card number 2 for my friend Tattoo Sue. I'm the designated card lady at the office and make a greeting for everyone on my team at birthdays and Christmas. I had this cute image from Pink Cat Studios in the 'printed but not loved' pile and thought it would be cute from the office group. I'd won the laser cut ants at a retreat and figured they'd make nice 'friends' for the other bugs. Plus they helped me meet a few challenges on my 'to do' list for 365 cards!

365 Cards Day 88 ~ Insect Frenzy
Use at least 3 different bugs with a total of 10 on your card. I used 6 ladybugs, 8 ants, 1 butterfly on the paper and 1 butterfly metal sticker accent.
365 Cards Day 303 ~ Flashback Tuesday: Day 20 "Let's Make Some Noise"
I took a 'bit' of leeway on this one as my card only makes noise if you shake it. All the sets of eyeballs jiggle and click when you shake them up.
365 Cards Day 341 ~ Let’s Celebrate
Create a birthday card with at least one sticker (my metal butterfly is a sticker)

Flowery Friendship

This card was so quick and easy; totally NOT my style. LOL. I tend to futz, and futz, and futz until I just have to walk away. I needed a simple thinking of you note for a friend and this fit the bill.

I rebelled at 'bit' on this one. I had the precut card base in my stash so I didn't actually 'add' any designer paper. That counts - right?

Preschool Graduate Card

This card was made for another super sweet girl in my life (little sis to DivaBella who also got a special graduation card posted here). Today I'm sharing NoisyBella's graduation card. She proudly walked across the stage for her PreSchool Completion Certificate. I sat next to mom, dad and little brother (Krazey) snapping photos non-stop. Until my furry cat herd is accepted into school, I will absorb the experiences through my friends human children. :o) I am also blessed to be NoisyBella's godmomma and auntie.

DivaBella’s Graduation Card

I’m a bit behind with this card, as the graduation already took place. Life kind of cramps my stamping style from time to time. All is well since the graduate has been out of town and busy herself. The goal is to connect with her this week and hand off the sweets (that would be the card and a candy treat). What else would a Kindergarten graduate prefer?

Sketch Inspiration ~ OCC Sketch Challenge #19

Real Life Inspiration
Here’s my sweet DivaBella on her big day. It seems just a few days ago that I shed tears of joy at her arrival. I am so honored to be her godmother and auntie.

Inspiration
Hard to choose if the owl or real graduate is cuter! Certainly not the dorky auntie!
Pink Cat Studios has an awesome selection of digi and traditional stamps. The owl is part of their digi collection.

Mojo Digital Cowboy

I had this cowboy cutie floating around my work space and thought he needed to find a home. I love digi stamps and usually print off a full sheet of images when I work with them. This can mean a few strays mosey around before I actually use up the whole sheet of images. (Please see the Ins and Outs for links to the challenge websites and feel free to join in the fun).

Sketch Inspiration ~ MoJo Monday #111

Color Inspiration
I used the colors in the photo as a jump off for my card.

Inspiration
My image is a digital stamp from Pink Cat Studios and I tried to bling up my little guy with spicas and diamond glaze. Tried to keep it low key so he’d still feel manly.

I used a gold Spica on the balloon, belt buckle and horseshoe. A bit of Diamond Glaze on the balloon, belt buckle, boots and hooves finished things off.
