Showers of Love

I'm on a Spring kick today, this is my third spring inspired creation. I did stash an umbrella in my van this week, but it was pushed aside for the snowbrush. Maybe next week I'll get to open it up. This adorable image is from Nana Vic and you can get it FREE by playing along with the Progressive Challenge over at CDAC. I'm so proud of myself for making a card relatively early in the 3 month challenge. Now to get the next image and keep creating!

My Creation

Image Detail
First I added Liquid Pearls to the umbrella's dots and then I added a layer of Glossy Accents. I doodle the raining hearts with liquid pearls and drew the lines in with a Stardust Gelly Roll pen.

    Your card is so sweet and you've created a great layout with some beautifully soft colours. Fabulous idea to use the glossy accents on the umbrella and it's given it a 'wet' look. Your little handmade pink hearts just add to the overall sweetness.
