Scalloped Sympathy

This is the second sympathy card I made. Once again I kept with a very simple design. I tend to make my card fronts very ‘full’, but I’m getting better at scaling back.

My Creation

Sketch Inspiration ~ The Sweet Stop Sketch #50

Inspiration
We were to pick 3 items from this list: diecuts, embossing, no coloring, tearing, sponging, plaid, beads, recycled, digi, or lace. I used diecuts (the scalloped flower was cut on the Big Shot), no coloring (no ink was used in creating this card) and recycled (the cardboard/chipboard for the scallop and the red/white ribbon came from retail packaging).

INS AND OUTS ~ SCALLOPED SYMPATHY
