Wahoo! I got to play at a card class last night with some fun friends. It was a blast and I actually got a few things done. My hubby’s been keeping me busy with card requests lately, and there are 2 on my ‘to do’ list for tonight. I’ll try to get them posted over the weekend.
Here’s a pretty simple card using all Stampin Up supplies.
Inspiration
We were to create a card inspired by filing income taxes. It might be a stretch, but all I could think of is how money doesn’t grow on trees – but it would be so nice if it did!
It might not scream spots and dots, but if you look closely you’ll see the ribbon is dotted, one of the trees is all dots, there are paper pierced dots on the blue mat and the brown patterned paper creates a wall of spots!
We were to use an image on the outside of your card, then use it again on the inside but don't use it in the exact same way. This is a total cop out, but I’m working really hard to catch up on the 365 Cards Daily Challenges; so I have to sneak them in wherever I can. On the outside of my card the spiral circle is a tree and on the inside of the card it’s, well, just a spiral circle hanging in the corner.
