Graduate Verse

I was so excited when I found the LAST stamp of this Graduate verse. I have a similar stamp for Father and love it. I’d seen the Graduate version on another blog and have been seeking it for months. WAHOO – Hobby Lobby had it in stock and I even paid FULL PRICE. I really like how this turned out. The stamp is a nice change from the cute-sy cards I’ve been making. Don’t get me wrong. I love Changito and House Mouse but like to have a few more ‘serious’ options. (Please see the Ins and Outs for links to the challenge websites and join in.)
The Colors Sky Blue, Tan, Ecru
The Sketch
I flipped mine so the 'scallop' is on the left.
Inspiration Add glitter/gloss/glaze Use notebook paper
My Card Inside of Card I found this Graduation Prayer on line and printed it out. Detail I used Sepia Accents to highlight the cap and sponged the edges of the verse (with the die cover the edges). I used the Tea Dye ink pad to color the ribbon and background paper.
